old bridge almost under, just 20 years ago this would mean no way to get from Eagan to Bloomington.

Seeing RedStopped at my spot at Blackdog down in Eagan/Bloomington and the water is HIGH. The old bridge is almost under and all of the walking paths are under. My Posting from May 28th shows one of the paths that is now like 6 feet under water!
