We found a little fort made by the sand dunes that Jack LOVES!!! I think that if we left him there for a few hours he would be still in the same spot when we came back( not that we would)

Start of the new season

This is the first new life growing this year that I have seen. Not exactly sure what it is, but is cool to see in the middle of dead leaves everywhere sign of new life.

Light by Night

Here is a pic of the Hennipen bridge in downtown from today(1215 am). The water down there seems to be quite high, I think I will try something down there in the daytime.

Guiding Light

Taken at the Mpls Airport, again this shows the limitation of photography at times. This looked so awesome in person, you could see for miles hovering above the tree tops and flooded river. I will try this spot again, at post road.

Driving through Fort Snelling on way home from work, and on my way out saw this tree and it was just so big. These pictures dont even come close to the real deal. I think probably5-6 feet across.

Spring is upon us...

The radio said cherry blossums are going to be in bloom within a couple of weeks. This winter will not be missed, really missed the nice weather of MN spring-Fall the most that I ever have.

Just went to go take another of St Anthony overlook without the Fog of last week, and camera battery is empty. So that will probably be coming tommorow, here is one from denver trip 3 years ago... Hiked out here to watch sun come up, caught this right as the sun broke the horizon

Have been down to the Anoka dam 4-5 times, never bothered to look on the other side of the bridge. This little rock house is just sitting there, it must have some sort of history.
